Students have the right to choose any of the SIERG International Research Group member institutions for education for one semester, for example, students from Europe, the United Arab Emirates or Armenia, as part of their undergraduate degree, can study for one semester or one academic year in the educational institution of their chosen country, except for the first and of the last semesters, and the rest of the semesters can choose any of the Selart campuses abroad. The same opportunity is available for Masters students and researchers including PhD, MBA, DBA. It is also a brilliant opportunity for faculty and administrative staff to work and live on a semester or year basis in SELART member institutions spanning different countries and take advantage of these exclusive SELART opportunities.

MOBILITY

SIERG corporate purpose is to carry out the following activities:

– Implementation of educational, research and university activities, combining it with multifunctional educational methods, applying online, hibrid and offline methods of education to the best European standards, including all levels of preparatory, undergraduate, master’s, postgraduate and post-graduate education. The international group carries out its activities based on pan-European standards, taking into account the legal acts of the European Union, the Council of Europe, the United Nations and other international organizations, the legislation of the EU and CE member states, as well as bilateral and multilateral agreements signed in the field of education. The group must carry out the mentioned activities. through the professorial and administrative staff necessary for university education, hiring those persons who have the appropriate qualifications. Recruitment of non-teaching staff is also carried out based on needs assessment. For this purpose, the company uses all the necessary means and tools to effectively organize, plan and manage the normal activities of its structures. It includes professional employment training, orientation and qualification activities, including job placement support that will accompany employment and professional relocation;

– organize educational and research activities jointly with financed and/or co-financed public and private organizations.

– organization, promotion and management of seminars, round tables, conferences and debates, both on its own behalf and on behalf of third parties, and any other initiative related to and (or) supplementing the person’s professional training;

– editorial activities on behalf of itself and third parties, including the publication of periodic commercial information, advertising and public relations reports;

– implementation, sale and distribution of various types of books and publications;

– participate, compete and collaborate in research projects, to study the initiatives of other institutions and, in particular, to cooperate with university, secondary professional, executive education, at all levels and directions, including active cooperation with graduate and post-graduate specialized schools and educational institutions;

– to promote and encourage the international dimension of studies, training and scientific research, with the development of international mobility of professors, students and technical-administrative staff, as a result of awarding diplomas, certificates and credentials certifying the quality of its education.

– conclude contracts and agreements for teaching and research activities, professional advice and services for third parties, including public and private bodies, and, in any case, carry out forms of cooperation to achieve the goals established by law in any way;

Student Mobility Procedure

1. General Overview

  • Opportunities for academic and personal development through international mobility across SELART member universities.
  • Applies to all member institutions; subject to updates by the Quality Assurance Department.
  • Types of mobility:
    • Short-term (7 days): Study visits, conferences, workshops
    • Mid-term (1 month): Internships, educational modules
    • Long-term (3 months): Exchange programs, specialized training

2. Application & Registration Process

Eligibility:

  • Full-time student, at least one year completed
  • Minimum GPA: 2.75/4.0
  • Language proficiency: minimum B1 level
  • No disciplinary record

Required Documents:

  • Application Form, Motivation Letter
  • Transcript, Recommendation Letter(s)
  • Language Certificate, CV, Passport copy

3. Selection Procedure

4. Pre-Mobility

  • Visa, accommodation, and travel guidance
  • Orientation session (culture, academics, safety)
  • Signed Learning Agreement

5. Visa & Travel

  • Host institution provides documents
  • Student applies for visa if needed

6. Score Transfer

  • Transcript issued at end of mobility
  • University evaluates and converts results
  • Pass/Fail or Grade Equivalency

7. Post-Mobility

  • Dissemination of learning outcomes
  • Certificate of Participation issued
  • Feedback Survey conducted

8. Agreements & Information

  • Annual contract between institutions
  • Students informed of finances, process, requirements

9. Special Considerations

  • Unjustified withdrawal may lead to ineligibility
  • Emergency contact and ethical conduct required
